Romans 8:37"Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us."
You are more than a conqueror. This is true, even when everything around you says otherwise, and even when you feel sad or defeated at times. The victory that Jesus Christ won was not just for Himself; He grants it to all who believe in Him, making them victorious as well. Through the merits of Jesus, we are more than conquerors. We did nothing to deserve it, yet He gave it to us by His grace.
Being more than a conqueror does not mean we are immune to difficulties, struggles, or problems. It means that we go through these challenges with the right attitude—standing firm in faith, with the presence of the best friend, and with the peace that surpasses all human understanding. No matter how great the battles that try to bring us down, nothing can separate us from the presence and love of God in Christ Jesus. If you already know and believe in this love, you too are more than a conqueror.
Have the attitude of a conqueror:
Trust that the One who has already granted the greatest victory can help you in every circumstance of daily life.
You cannot control what happens, but you can choose to have the attitude and confidence of a champion in God.
Pray to the Lord in all circumstances—He is in control of everything.
Praise God for giving you salvation through Jesus and for granting you access to countless other blessings.
Read Romans 8 and reflect on the blessings and victories that God has given you.
Share with others the reason for your victory through faith in Jesus.
A Prayer:
Dear God, thank You so much for the greatest victory—salvation through Your infinite love. Help me to always trust, with all my heart, that in Jesus Christ, I am more than a conqueror. No matter the situation, You have already won the battle for me. I also ask You to help those who feel defeated in life, that they may find the joy of being champions in You. In Jesus' name, I give You thanks. Amen.
