The goodness of God is renewed every morning

The great love of the Lord never ends, and His compassion never fails. Every morning His goodness is renewed; great is His faithfulness! (Lamentations 3:22-23)

Have you ever wondered what would become of us without the mercy of God? Surely, our path would lead to destruction and eternal condemnation. The love of God is the reason we are not consumed.

Every morning, the Lord’s mercies are renewed upon us. It is precisely because of His great love that we are alive today. Thank Him for this new day and trust in God's faithfulness.

The best way to start the day is with a heart full of gratitude towards God. When we stir our hearts to praise and thank Him, we are recognizing all that the Lord has done for us.

Recognition is a form of praise, and gratitude is a form of offering. God desires to have a relationship with us, and every day is a good day to talk to Him.

Start your day well.

• Upon waking, say a prayer thanking God for the time of rest and for the opportunity to rise and begin a new day.

• Take the moment during your coffee and breakfast to do a brief Bible reading.

• Start your tasks for the day by listening to some worship music in the background and take the opportunity to join in praise.

Lord God, thank You so much for the privilege of being able to start a new day. How good it is to enter Your presence and talk with You! I know You listen to me, You love me, and that is why I give You thanks. Amen.
