He who abides in love abides in God.

And we have come to know and believe that God loves us.God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.(1 John 4:16)

Living in God means living in love. God is the very source of love, we receive it from Him, and then we share it through our actions. That is the wonder of the Gospel: we receive and share His love.

When we act with love towards our neighbor, we are sharing the God in whom we believe. The essence of God is love, and every act filled with love points to Him. When we forgive, help, or pray for someone, God is manifested through those attitudes.

The more we love, the more we are loved—it's a perfect cycle. That is the foundation of our relationship with God: to love and be loved.

Living in God's love

• Take the initiative, experience God's love, and you will see how He surprises you.Nourish yourself with the love of God. Read His Word.

• Love God and love your neighbor.

• Those are the greatest commandments! (Matthew 22:36-40).

Lord, your love is sublime. When I seek You, I receive Your love. I want to overflow and share Your essence through my actions. Amen.
